i loved how clean and cozy the room was. the spa was a total win! i spent ages in the swimming pool and sauna. the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially at reception.

The reception staff provided a warm welcome and efficient check-in. the housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. I was totally happy and satisfied, well done!

I reported it to the front desk. they said maintenance would look at it, but nobody ever came. i had to sleep in a hot, uncomfortable room. also, the marco pierre white restaurant was a letdown. The calamari was overpriced and the macaroni cheese was inedible. i really didn't like this.

The room was very clean on arrival. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of hot and cold items I liked. The bar had several beers on tap. The free Wi-Fi allowed me to stream videos without interruption.

The bathroom was a bit SMALL!
